First off, the office has a modern decor and lots of dental rooms. It has a very sterile and clean feeling which is a great thing! My last office was sketchy and a little worse for wear. Dr. Li and his staff are so friendly and caring that I actually like going to the dentist now.....yes that's weird but the level of service and professionalism makes even the most anxious patient comfortable. But Dr. Shah and his staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr. Shah is very easy going and honest and tells you exactly what he's doing and why. Sometimes when you go to places like this you may not have any idea what's happening and just "trust the expert". But I much prefer Dr. Shah's style of communication. If only car mechanics we're like this! It's a new clinic, and everything is clean and brand new. Dr. Shah is a young guy and also appears to stay up to date on the medical literature, so I personally feel better knowing that his techniques aren't outdated like I sometimes feel with older doctors.
