I booked it in but when bad weather looked like it was going to cause a delay, Santos called me and negotiated an alternative time two days later. It's basic communication, but I am grateful for this common courtesy after so much silence from the other companies. And of course, he and his staff member turned up at the newly agreed time on-time and carried out the job efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully - he apologised to the cat for disturbing her while working.
