My daughters loves all of the different play equipment, from your traditional slides and swings to the zip lines and sports (there was a group of guys playing handball and they'd never seen it before but enjoyed watching). The biggest issue we had was that there wasn't a bathroom anywhere, so we had to make another stop before getting back on the road. It was a nice spot otherwise, tucked behind a quiet neighborhood.

There are lots of mature trees for shade as well as plenty of open grass (though it's very hilly). The park has sand, jungle gyms for kids of various sizes, a handball court, a basketball court, benches and tables. My favorite part of the park is the zip lines that can totally be used by the average adult too . What I don't like: * It's right next to a freeway which gives me concerns about air quality. * I don't think that there's a bathroom (I wasn't looking for one, so there may be one but I didn't see it.) * There's a bridge to go from one side to the other. However if you have someone in a wheel chair there's a post that would keep them from being able to get through. * Parking can be a bit scarce. It's tucked in the middle of a neighborhood. So there isn't a parking lot or anything like that. Another thing of note, we have visited this park twice. The first time we visited people were friendly enough. This last time, I got some weird vibes from the people who were there. No one really said hello. Then my son was playing on the playground while I changed my daughter nearby and some kids came over. When we left, my son told me that the kids didn't want to play with him and threw some sand at him. Unfortunately he told me as we were leaving or I would've addressed the issue with the mothers. I get that kids will be kids and I know how to talk to my son about not taking things like this personally. But I think it's important to add as one of the big parts of bringing your child to the park is getting social interaction. Of course this will totally depend on who's there, so YMMV. No

Empty at first, then right on queue moms and their little ones started arriving from all directions. Such a nice quiet park on this warm late February day in Simi Valley, that already feels like springtime. Perfect for when our little grandson grows into his time for romping around in the park.

The park has a ton of beautiful aqua and red play equipment, with a swirly and bouncy slide, two smaller slides for toddlers/little kids and a fun little tunnel to crawl through. There is also a ton to climb on: a rock wall, plenty of climbing ladders and a climbing tree. The park has 2 big kid swings and two toddler swings and a 4-person rocking-horse-see-saw. There is a basketball court and tons of lovely green space. They have plenty of areas to sit including a beautiful gazebo. Love this park! Truly enjoying our time here !!!

It's not the most shaded, so on a hot summer day I'd say you definitely have to plan your visit so you don't scorch. They also have a lovely walking trail around the length of the park. Just beware, every time I come here people bring their large dogs into the small dog section usually because they have one of each and like to keep them together. I've never seen a situation happen but I admit I was pretty freaked as our small dog is very small and I'm always concerned and a bit intimidated.

My daughter is autistic and non-violent -- she just wants to play and be included. On multiple visits, whenever one particular staff member is working, her kids and their cousins are there, and the interactions with my child have been unkind and exclusionary. During one visit they were taunting her, and on another I had to step in and ask them to stop following her around and telling her she couldn't play with things. Another parent (the father of one of the kids) was standing there and even told them they needed to stop following her if they weren't going to be nice, so the issue was acknowledged in the moment. The situation escalated when my daughter lost her footing in the bounce house and accidentally landed near one of the kids. The child then told her mom that my daughter pinched her, which is not what happened -- I was standing right there the entire time. As a parent, it's really hard to watch your child be singled out or misunderstood, especially in a place that's supposed to feel safe and fun. What was also frustrating was that when I asked the staff member for the owner's email so I could address my concerns directly, she refused to provide it and said she wasn't allowed to share it. I found that disappointing, as I was simply trying to communicate respectfully with management about a serious concern. I'm sharing this because I hope management takes it seriously. This felt avoidable, and I wish the environment had been better monitored so all kids could play comfortably. I ultimately requested a refund for my remaining play days because I no longer feel comfortable bringing my child back.

There are 2 picnic tables and 2 swings. The grass is on a mound riddled with gophers, so it's not a good spot for a picnic blanket setup. There is no parking lot. All street parking.

My son loves the slides and the steering wheels. Watch out for the hand crank/spinning thing. I've seen many kids get whacked in the face when playing there. At any park I've been to with those they have been a total hazard. They have some benches along the outside of the play area for people to sit. Only two swings! I wish there were more and they ones they do have are directly in the sun. The other half of the park is kind of empty, with just a few picnic benches and a flat concrete area. It would be awesome if they had even more picnic benches or even added more play structures. The park itself is pretty small. It is never super crowded when I go because it's kind of tucked away, but if there are more than a dozen kids it feels a little chaotic. Always clean though! Plenty of street parking is available.
