From helping me determine the best fireplace insert for my home, to the installation, and now the ongoing servicing, this business has been "on fire!" Every interaction has been efficient, friendly, professional, accommodating, and fast. I could honestly go on and on. It's refreshing to find a small business that gets it right, not just in one area, but across the board. They clearly care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. Thanks so much to everyone at Fireplace World for being what a small business really should be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a fireplace insert or fireplace service.

They had supplied the flooring to a Preschool where I am a board member, and I was pleased with their work and product. I was shopping for flooring for a small, laundry/mud room and easily found a few products I liked. I took home some sample flooring, made a decision and placed the order. They arrived as they said to drop off the flooring and returned the next day to install it. Everything went well, they cleaned up everything before they left and the room looks great! We definitely recommend checking out Smiddy's for your flooring needs! The cost was very comparable to other stores and the quality is very good!

I regretfully had to reschedule with them as I did not anticipate them responding so quickly. Not a bad problem to have! Nathan was communicative and helpful in accommodating my work schedule. He arrived on time which is more than I can say for a lot of service providers I have had in the past. Love that punctuality! Receiving a text from them showing the tech's exact location and ETA to your home is extremely helpful as well. I thought Nathan was coming by to give me a quick estimate, but he ended up knocking out all of my garage door problems in less than an hour at an unexpectedly reasonable price. He rolled with the punches and handled obstacles that arose with a completely professional and knowledgeable attitude. I'm so pumped to have my garage doors functional again, and I didn't even have to break the bank or stress over shady service providers trying to rip me off. I'll definitely be saving the contact information for Reliable Garage Doors in case I need them in future. I even feel confident in recommending them to friends. Thanks again!!!
