His work was meticulously detailed, on time and he was both incredibly professional and terrific company. Eve was very organized from keeping track of the logistics of providing quotes and ordering everything. The only down side is that he sometimes has a long waiting list for projects, but that's because he's that good, and worth the wait.

I hired Pro Restoration Solutions for three jobs so far, and I'm thrilled with the quality and…read moreservice. First we had a leak from a portable air conditioning unit that went unnoticed until the ceiling started to collapse in the floor below the unit. It was a mess. Pro Restoration Solutions gave me the most competitive of three bids that I solicited. David King and his team worked diligently, carefully, and professionally to demo the part of the ceiling that needed to be removed due to moisture, remediated the mold risk in the part of the ceiling that didn't need demo, and then rebuilt the ceiling, including matching the popcorn ceiling and repainting it. They also used surface driers on the floorboards where the leak had been. The project was excellent. Since Pro Restoration Solutions is a contractor, I also asked if they could add an external vent to our kitchen with a new microwave, and replace the floor of the cupboard under our kitchen sink, which had damage (a slow rot) from a leak before we moved in. Both projects were completed successfully and with excellent quality. For the external vent, they had cut a hole in the wall of course to move the existing (but unusable) external vent and match it with the location for the new microwave. They did an impeccable job of reframing, rebuilding, and even reshingling the wall where needed. The cabinet beneath the kitchen sink was also extremely well done with removing the rotted board, cleaning out and remediating for mold, and rebuilding the floor of that cupboard. It looks like it was original to the house. These were fantastically done and we are so pleased. My spouse and I will call Pro Restoration Solutions first whenever we need any subsequent contracting and restoration work done in our home. Images and video attached.

They cleared everything out, removed sheetrock and disinfected the entire area. They left air blowers for 3 days. On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company. They did an awesome job for an affordable price which left us with funds to rebuild. I will definitely reccomend them!!

Edward D. Sheffield Jr. Home Improvement - 5 Stars…read more It's rare to find a contractor who is affordable, speedy, and communicative--but Ed is all of these things and more! We first brought him on to renovate our 1950s pink-tiled bathroom, and in just a month, he delivered a sleek, modern update while respecting the character of our home. From there, he tackled our guest bedroom installing new floors. We're working with him now to renovate floors throughout, install new doors and molding. He's slowly but surely renovating each room of our beloved mid-century modern house. Ed is not only a skilled craftsman but also a genuinely great person to work with--responsive, reliable, and always upfront about costs and timelines. I wouldn't hire anyone else, and at this point, he's become like family. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his work and his clients, look no further!

I hired Toro home remodeling to complete the task of adding shelves to my entry closet and my…read morelaundry closet and changing out both doors. They were also tasked to create a "box wall" to create more room to push my dryer back so that way the doors can close because I had an issue closing them. This box wall didn't happen because Louis said he didnt have to do that. He should have communicated that to me and reduced the cost that he charged. He felt that by getting rid of the garbage would even out this task which is some thing that should have been written in the contract to begin with. I tasked them with fixing strike plates for a few of my doors in my home and he also fix a partial door frame( which wasn't in the contract but it was done) . He also wrote in the contract that he was going to reinstall gas pipe line (that didn't happen either)The day he supposedly finished the work he wanted to collect his final payment in which he is rightfully so. However I needed to inspect the work being done. He charged me a total of $2025 for my laundry closet and I honestly didn't like the quality work provided. My brother paid him the final balance and he never fixed what he was suppose to fix before final payment. His worker only painted the closet over and cleaned the messed they wanted to leave behind. Before starting Louis told me to send a picture of how I want my laundry closet to look I should have listened but I explained to him to freestyle. My biggest mistake. Please tell me if this closet is worth $2,025. The day of collecting his balance they pulled out my washer and dryer to clean after showing them the mess one of the workers left and unfortunately I tried washing clothes later that night and my brand new washer does not work. I contacted him to find out what happened so I can fix my washer and no answer. I would not recommend this company AT ALL: I believed he took advantage of a single parent female by overcharging me for sloppy work.
