I work at a hotel in the Albany area, so I'm frequently calling cabs for guests. Checker Cab has…read moreoften been hit-or-miss, but today was the final straw, and I no longer plan on calling Checker for my guests. I had a guest that had already been left by one taxi company, so I turned to Checker. I was assured that a cab would arrive within 10-15 minutes. It is now 45 minutes later, and Checker has still not arrived. This guest was running late for her flight due to the first cab's mishap, and this was relayed to Checker. To have a guest cry in my lobby due to the unpressional actions of another company is incredibly frustrating. Will no longer use this service, and will discourage guests from using them as well.
