I arrived seeking medical attention because my husband was sick, but he was refused care despite the clinic advertising walk-in services. The staff showed little concern for his condition and did not make any effort to offer an alternative solution or explain how I could receive timely medical care. When people visit a walk-in clinic, they are often feeling unwell and expect compassionate, professional treatment. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and without the medical attention I needed. The most disturbing part was when the doctor came to the waiting area as he heard how upset I was After my husband explained his symptoms, he calmly and in a cold manner stated he could not see him. My question is what kind of doctor refuses to see a sick patient. We have a very good insurance and he simply walked away and did not care about his health situation. I was also eager to see her because my last visit with an MD had been my OBGYN after having my son who is now 7 months old. When I arrived I at the office, I had my one and only good experience. It was with the receptionist who was very pleasant warm and efficient. Unfortunately, It all went downhill from there. I waited almost 1 hour to be called by the nurse who told me to find a baby sitter next time because Dr. Radu " doesn't do baby's". I am a stay at home mom I don't have a babysitter I am the baby sitter. I finally get to a room and wait another 45 minutes until the "Dr." arrive, here we go I let it all go I was happy I was going to get my prescriptions from my PC. instead of my OBGYN. I take Zoloft (antidepresant) and Lamictal (for seizures) and needed to discuss birth control options. Well, we never got that far "Dr. Radu" was in a hurry. I was referred to a neurologist a psychiatrist and given a cream for my wrist. This woman was so snotty dismisive and disrespectful I ran to the car and called my insurance begging to switch doctors. I strongly advise anyone looking for a PC not to go to her unless your looking to be referred to quite a few other doctors. Thanks to "Dr Radu" that baby and I have three more Drs appt to go to. Thanks for nothing this lady is the definition of a quack Doctor.
