I understand that clients can be challenging and that it is a tough job, however I did find this to be a little rude and it did make me nervous for my first appointment there. My appointment with Ashley seemed to go fine though. She recommended some labs and an ultrasound and I was told those facilities would call me to schedule. Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard back, so I called the Rocket Health Care office to see if I needed to do anything to schedule. The receptionist just said those places should have called to schedule me. They didn't which was not a big deal, but I just wanted to get it sorted out. She said they should have all my info and I could contact the referral offices to schedule which I did. A day before my appointment for my ultrasound, I got a voicemail saying my doctor's office never sent over the lab orders so they would have to cancel. I was confused by this since I was told weeks ago everything was ordered. I then also canceled my lab draw in case they too did not have my order. I called Rocket Health Care in the morning to check in on this, and the receptionist said she had sent the order over yesterday. Once again no big deal, who knows what happened but I was very kind and understanding and the receptionist called the ultrasound office to get my order in. I responded to the text the Rocket Health Care receptionist sent me regarding this, and then called since I did not receive a reply. I said that it was me calling and that I just needed to reschedule my follow up with Ashley since the ultrasound was now pushed back. The receptionist answered pretty rudely and then seemed to have no idea who I was or what I was referring to, and was just overall unpleasant. Mind you we had just talked this morning and I have a very uncommon name, and I had replied to the text she had sent me which showed up as read. I was nothing but understanding and kind on the phone, even though this was all a big inconvenience for me since I only have one day off a week and I wanted to get these issues addressed asap since one was for a breast ultrasound. So, I am really not sure what I did wrong here. However, it was enough to make me decide to see a different provider, as I want to know that my health is taken seriously and that I won't be treated rudely for no reason.

The last straw with him was the worst by far, he told my son he needed PRP and the cost tripled from the original quote he gave us when we went in. About 3 hours after he administered the shots we were at the emergency room with a swollen foot! They proceeded to tell us he did the procedure the wrong way than proceeded to attend to my son's foot. That's when we decided that was the last straw!!! I was also eager to see her because my last visit with an MD had been my OBGYN after having my son who is now 7 months old. When I arrived I at the office, I had my one and only good experience. It was with the receptionist who was very pleasant warm and efficient. Unfortunately, It all went downhill from there. I waited almost 1 hour to be called by the nurse who told me to find a baby sitter next time because Dr. Radu " doesn't do baby's". I am a stay at home mom I don't have a babysitter I am the baby sitter. I finally get to a room and wait another 45 minutes until the "Dr." arrive, here we go I let it all go I was happy I was going to get my prescriptions from my PC. instead of my OBGYN. I take Zoloft (antidepresant) and Lamictal (for seizures) and needed to discuss birth control options. Well, we never got that far "Dr. Radu" was in a hurry. I was referred to a neurologist a psychiatrist and given a cream for my wrist. This woman was so snotty dismisive and disrespectful I ran to the car and called my insurance begging to switch doctors. I strongly advise anyone looking for a PC not to go to her unless your looking to be referred to quite a few other doctors. Thanks to "Dr Radu" that baby and I have three more Drs appt to go to. Thanks for nothing this lady is the definition of a quack Doctor.
