Four days after the Huntersville City Barbeque hurricane party -n- Yelp event my labs came back a little off: SatFat and cholesterol were about 1000cc/liter plus smokey goodness. After some whining and explaining Dr B agreed to a mulligan so I got do-over appointment for the day after the Amelie's + PIC Made in Charlotte event!? Have to start doing manual yard work and eating less badly, less often, and just plain less... Labs came back "normal" somehow. Yea!

Many appts have been scheduled incorrectly and we have showed up for an appointment that they claim didn't exist. in fact this last one was urgent and game home early from vacation, paying a lot of money to do so, and once again they didn't have our appt in the system and were very rude and obnoxious, took zero ownership, didn't apologize and couldn't get us in for several days. In addition there has been serveral times they have given us conflicting information and are very difficult to work with!! Since I have switched to Riva Dermatology and they are excellent!!!!
