So, I was a little apprehensive when my fiancee wanted me to meet Shelly, our photographer. I explained to Shelly all of the above and told her to please give me direction and a little help. Agreed. Off to do the engagement photos. If there's one thing I appreciated, it was her gently reminding us to get our chins out (think like a turtle and stretch!) when necessary. When we just couldn't bend ourselves into the pose she had in mind and we didn't look comfortable, she didn't force it, she just said "let's try something else."
