I finally did reach someone and requested some information. They said that they would get it and call me back. They have yet to do so. I live out of state and, unfortunately, cannot just go to the office. After giving this business ample time to call me back, and not hearing from them, I am more than frustrated. It seems as if there is no interest in customer service unless you are looking to make a purchase. I have MANY family members buried there, however, I think we will rethink things in the future. G.
