What do you not want in a shuttle company? Merlos did it all. The driver did not show up. When we…read morecalled, there was not a reasonable explanation and they said they wouldn't charge us for half the service. Well thank you for not charging us for a service you didn't provide. Also the shuttle was supposed to make continuous circles from my reception to the hotel. The reception was from 6-11. It did not do that, but instead waited until 10:45 and then drove 5 people home. So most of the guests waited until 11:30 for the shuttle to return and get them home. If you are going to wait until 10:45, why not wait until 11?? Not only was the driver unreliable, he also seemed unintelligent. The strangest part was that they called to confirm the plans about 3 times the day before. They were frustrating on many levels.

We booked the new black GMC Yukon limo for a Saturday night 10pm-3am. Our driver, Ehab, was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He was on time, had the limo very nicely cleaned, and fully stocked with water/cups/napkins. He also went out of his way to talk to the workers at Whataburger, and got our order thru the drive- thru. We are very happy with our experience. Thank you Blue Star!! We will book again for future limo or ride needs.

When I…read moreget in the car , the first thing I notice is there are only 3 champagne glasses for my party of 8!! The driver's excuse was the party ahead of mine drank Coke out of them and they were dirty. What??? - no extra glassware?? We had to make do with some cheesy plastic cups they had. The driver didn't go to the door to escort my guests to the car and kept trying to open the doors without unlocking them first. I guess I should be happy that he at least tried to open the door. Paid extra high rates for Saturday night but didn't get extra good service. They offered me a whopping 5% refund when I complained, which didn't even cover my "fuel surcharge." Owner never even bothered to call - terrible experience all around.

The horses are unbelievably gorgeous. Amazing, gentle giants who are so well cared for. Our driver, Michael, was so fun and VERY accommodating. When we made reservations for this year we requested his carriage again. We're a high maintenance group and asked to stop so we could take pictures multiple times and he was always happy to oblige. He even had his helper take the pictures so we could all be in them. It's my understanding they do other events too and I just wish I'd known about Classic Carriage when I got married. I highly recommend them. It was an incredible experience that we plan to make a yearly tradition.

He raced to Walmart, purchased the right two carseats, dropped them off and then proceeded to help me install them so we could catch the last flight out to be home for Christmas -- with plenty of time to catch our breath once we got thru security.
