Partner took car in for MOT. They said it needed new brakes and brake pipes as they said was unsafe to drive so had it fixed by them, having two young children cant risk it. Went to collect, they said THEY had broken something while sorting the brakes. So they added that onto the bill even though it was their mistake. 6 months later took the car for a service at a different garage, got told that the brakes hadnt been sorted and they garage that did the MOT should have seen it. So obviously all they care about is money and not the safety of their customers. read more
