My selections: greens, tofu and quinoa, shredded beets, shredded carrots, lentils, feta, lemon vinaigrette, and a side of corn chips. Every topping was plentiful, they give you two dressing cups so you can go light or heavy if you want, the chips came in a little paper bag on the side so they wouldn't get soggy, and the whole salad was served in a biodegradable box. All very thoughtful touches. Now open from 11-8 instead of 11-4, this place has you covered for lunch or dinner. The portions are huge so no matter what meal you opt for, you'll be more than sated.
