We like to keep things simple and efficient using Thai Yoga Massage, Pilates and a wide range of plant based cuisine (vegan and vegetarian). History
Established in 2010.
When Vern was 12 years old she had a major accident. She fell from the back of a truck, hit her head and the back tire ran over her back. Years later when she was 18 things started to manifest in her body. She had to go to the Chiropractor 3 times a week for a long time; always telling herself she will find a way to fix herself. Finally, she found that fix.
Vern was searching for a way to heal and help herself and that's when she found Thai Massage, Yoga and Pilates. Once her body was feeling healthy and strong, it was time to share her knowledge she had learnt. She started her business in Vancouver after moving back home from Brazil. After 5 years of practice in Vancouver, Vern moved to Calgary in 2015 and will be staying here for many years to come.
Meet the Business Owner: Vern W.
Vern was born in Vancouver and has been practicing some form of healing since she was a little girl. Everyone told her she should be a masseuse and that's what she grew up to be. She is trained in Thai Massage, Pilates, Wellness Coaching, Nutrition and a life long love with food. She uses everything she knows to help people heal themselves. Being in pain for more than 5 years, taught her that you have to take responsibility for your own health and help yourself get better by stretching, strengthening and proper diet and water intake. She is here to help you.
