Not a huge deal, I can do it at home, but I book the deluxe package because it states that it's included. Unfortunately, this time they completely missed the instructions we gave to them. I always specify NOT to trim her ear wisps because we're trying to grow them back after a hard medical year with my dog. When my boyfriend dropped my dog off, the receptionist was sitting on one of the couches scratching lottery tickets. Like I'm sorry, but whoever the groomer was today butchered my dog. I don't know if there was a miscommunication between the receptionist and groomer but I'm unhappy with today's service. Don't think I will be going back here.
