She used a toothpick near my eyes and my friends eyes that had been in her mouth. Put product purposefully on our skin, which she commented that she knew it would burn and wasn't necessary for the service. Took a Facetime call in the middle of my friend's service and began to not pay attention and wouldn't hang up for the rest of my friend's service. Then she stayed on the phone for another 5 minutes or more before FINALLY starting on me. And at the end, they said it was $5 more expensive then they said the day before when we made an appointment. I told them that they had said another price, and they still charged their new price. My eyes still hurt and hour after the appointment. Never going back there again, even though they tried to get me to come back for a wax by saying how my eyebrows needed help. Thanks, but no thanks.

The salon is clean but the services were kind of disappointing. The custom facial I got had nothing custom about it - I don't like making blanket statements but it was the worst I've ever had - they use latex gloves the whole time that are too large for their hands so the sound and the feeling of them was not pleasant or relaxing. It didn't feel like the girl wanted to touch my face and most of the time I thought What is happening i've never experienced a facial like this. Half way through it i kicked myself for not taking up the girl up on her offer to do a shorter treatment - especially after i went to leave and found out I had to pay for something that was supposed to be a gift, and the girl checking out joked how the same thing happened to an elderly couple the week before. Obviously, there is a flaw in their booking system. The deep tissue massage was not awful if you don't like pressure I would not call it deep tissue. I won't be going back and honestly would not recommend.
