I needn't have bothered: not only did my technician complete one foot without me noticing but also rendered the nails to perfection I had to stop working on my computer multiple times to see of the technician had fallen asleep: I could not feel a thing. And the nail job -- EASILY one of the best manicures I've ever enjoyed. If I was being really nitpicky I would mention that the sofa in reception has small stains on it, the little cup of water they offered just felt like an afterthought and the way the foot tub area is designed is awkward for men and taller women. I used Yelp to see what massage parlors were in distance of our hotel in Las Ramblas. I was tight after the eight hour flight on top of being a little hungover and just wanted to relax and have the kinks worked out of me. I found Secret Spot, and they offered one hour massages for only 38€. I saw that they were located up the Ramblas so I decided to go. They are located right across from La Boqueria public market - FYI. Overall, the place is nice but a little in he small side. You have to be buzzed in and then you walk up two flights of stairs. The massage was pretty good, and the woman who worked on my back and shoulders got most of the knots and tightness out. I thought she did a good job overall. Only thing I didn't like was that she kept the lights on when performing the massage.
