They have had my lower denture since before Thanksgiving, I've lost 20lbs due to the fact that I can't eat allot of foods without my teeth, I now weigh 90lbs. I have had 2 people from my insurance call them and talk to them and ask them why they refuse to give me my teeth. I've filed a complaint with the bbb, I filed a complaint with my dental company you, they told my insurance i could come in as a walk in but when I called them they refused and said I couldn't and that I'm no longer welcome there, why?? Because I got angry because you refuse to give me my teeth back that have already been paid for?? They are ridiculous DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL WORK, they will hold your teeth for ransom. My insurance just called them again last week and they still refuse to give me my teeth back even the lady from my insurance couldn't believe how they are treating me. I left a bad review and ever since then they have refused to give me my teeth. Im going to leave a review every single place I can and earn every one I can. Even before all of this every time I went in for an appointment they didn't even know why I was there, it's like what do you do, so you know read your patients files or do you just guess what's going on?? So I'm going to have every one I know leave reviews every where and im a vulnerable adult and the fact that they can just get away with treating people like this is not OK at all!!! Like I said they don't even deserve one star. Now I'm going to file another complaint to the bbb. This place and the employees here really really suck. ​

And probably a secret cave for leprechauns or something. Drive by and you'll see what I mean. Impressive. I've been going to Malone & Westman since...well, for as long as I remember. My grandma went here so my mom went here so I went here...you know how that goes. They have some toys and children's books in the waiting room that used to take the edge off of going to the scaaaaary teeth people (they aren't actually scary...but that whole being a kid thing. It happens). I've had different experiences with various hygienists over the years but they're usually pretty positive. The cleanings are insanely thorough so even if there's a bit of discomfort, it's worth it in the end.They let you choose the flavor of your toothpaste and fluoride treatment. Strawberry instead of clinical peppermint? Yea, let's go with that. Westman has filled quite a few cavities for me over the years. I'm not gross, I swear! Just prone to cavities :( He's great at getting the novocaine in painlessly and drilling away the cavity monsters as quickly as possible. Their prices have gone up over the years, hence me wanting to try other places.

I had a cracked tooth from a snowboarding accident that was causing pain and I looked at reviews and really wanted a kind dentist that wouldnt pass judgement and would help me. The receptionist was kind and welcoming and walked me through what I could expect. When I sat down Abby was the dental hygienist and was kind and didn't pass judgement. She said she was glad they could help me and get me back on track. She walked me through the cleaning and the dentist saw me and asked what hurt. He insisted on getting me into a specialist for a root canal and called and made an appointment for me. He talked me through what to expect. Yes. I needed a root canal for the extremely cracked tooth... but just the experience w Dr Sandler helped ease my pajn and fear of the dentist and look forward to my next visit. If you are new to the area, or looking for a great dentist to get back into the dentist routine I HiGHLY recommend them. They have 2 locations, one in robbinsdale and another in Minnetonka by the Ridgedale Mall.

Trisha, the front desk lady, is very helpful in explaining how much my insurance should pay and what I should expect to pay. The gal who cleans my teeth is nice and also takes the time to explain the health of my gums. This is not a large office that just seems to put people through. Dr. Bruning made sure that the color match was correct - I even went to a special lab where a technician took 2 hours to make sure everything matched perfectly. This is the kind of treatment I would expect for a movie star - not for me. And the cost was completely nominal. I have been to several other dentists in my life and NEVER have I been to one whose work is as meticulous, the staff as knowledgeable, or the doctors as competent. I highly recommend 10/10.
