She also was an awesome instructor. She led the class through a relaxing/restorative class that was the perfect reset for the week ahead. The studio was very nice and clean. It had a relaxing feel to it with essential oils diffusing and salt lamp plug-ins to add to the overall ambience of the space. I highly recommend this studio and this class. I will be back next time I'm in the area :)

The space is beautifully designed with a very holostic vibe and filled with positive energy. The instructors are simply phenomenal: knowledgeable, patient, funny and encouraging. It does not matter if you're a beginner or are experienced , they meet you exactly where you are and all levels are welcomed. Every class feels like a personalized experience. They don't just guide you through poses they help you connect with your practice. As someone who has jumped from studio to studio trying to find the right choice I think I've found the one I'll will be sticking with. 100% recommend.
