Later, when we found our dream home, we ended up in a multiple-offer situation. Thanks to Danielle's strategy and guidance, we were able to secure the home, and we're so grateful. I really can't imagine there's anyone else out there that has the knowledge and ability to work the housing market like she does. Right away she established a great level of trust, which is great because as a first time homebuyer its hard to know to know what to look for, and sometimes its hard to even figure out what you're looking for. She was able to work with me on narrowing down the right search criteria, neighborhoods to search in, and was always conscious of financial capabilities. She also has amazing vision. I have a hard time visualizing what can be done in spaces or how they can be changed/altered/improved, and her ability to communicate that to me was probably one of the most beneficial aspects of our search. She is also very good at describing what would or wouldn't need to be done at certain houses to suit my lifestyle. For example, I'm very passionate about cooking so the kitchen was super important, and I have a dog and wanted to be close to a park or have a yard. By getting to know me she was able to put so many pieces together and translate at each house how to make it work for what I wanted. When we finally found the perfect house she was on top of getting that offer down literally within minutes of talking to her on the phone. We were able to close in under a month, and she went above and beyond to make sure the house was fully cleaned and taken care of before move in, which she did just because she's amazing. Honestly, if I took the time to list everything she did that was above and beyond, this would take about ten more minutes to read. I can also honestly say that while I'm relieved to have found the perfect house, I wouldn't have been bummed if it took a little bit longer because she was such a pleasure to work with and be around. My experience with Yonette is that you're treated like family from the second you start working with her, and if/when I sell and move into a new house she will definitely be the first person I call.

Our Board of Directors had clear expectations that we sell to someone who would be a good steward of the land. Additionally, the land needed some attention prior to sale (road repair, building repair, etc) for which Yonette secured contractors and oversaw their work. Prior to working with Yonette, we had attempted to sell to a government entity that we thought would want the land, and they had declined. With Yonette's help, we reengaged with that same entity and they ended up being the buyer. Now, that land is now part of a wildlife corridor! Everything worked out in our ideal, base case scenario, and it's 100% because of Yonette's skills, energy, and hard work. I highly recommend her.
