While the jewelry is not exactly my taste, I appreciate the craftsmanship and love that seems to have gone into them. What I do wish they had more of is the occasionally great vintage clothing that the owner apparently finds on her frequent trips to London. I just recently I picked up an amazing silk crepe dress with fine little metal beads sewed on. It was a total steal for 70E. While the fit was close I decided to get it taken in at the shoulders for an extra 20E at the local retoucheuse at it is now my favorite item in my wardrobe that I've already gotten a bunch of compliments on.

Over the years while travelling to Paris I have purchased lovely jewelry here in this tiny little shop. The owner Adelline goes to India, designs jewelry and comes back with unique and beautiful earrings, bracelets, necklaces and charms with gorgeous gemstones in 22kt gold. The first time I came to Paris was in 2001 and the store had just opened. I purchased several paris of earrings which I love and still wear. I came back in 2004 and purchased another pair of earrings. In 2012 and most recently this past February 2017, I purchased a little gold horn which was then attached to a japanese cotton cord for a necklace...tres chic! The women who runs the shop while Adelline is away on business is lovely (and very tres chic in that Parisian chic way! ) She speaks English very well and is very helpful and polite. She even informed my husband and myself about an exhibition we did not know about which was much appreciated. I don't speak French well at all so I appreciate the fact that she interacts with me in English which is extremely helpful. It really is gorgous in this shop. It is a little gem within a gem in Paris. Yes it is expensive. But if you can afford it, you will have something gorgeous all your life to wear and something to remember your trip to Paris as well! My wife and I happened upon their Paris location while out walking the streets enjoying the beauty of the city. My wife stopped as a piece of jewelry caught her eye in the window display. She admired it for a while and we eventually walked away. As we walked she kept talking about how beautiful the ring was and I did agree. It was quite stunning! Once I convinced her that I would like to buy it for her, we were quite a distance from the store. It took a good hour for us to actual find it. We were in a bit of a panic as it was getting late in the day, it was our last day in the city and were concerned that it might have closed. As luck would have it, it was still open. We were invited in and were so pleased with the service that we received and overjoyed with the purchase we made. Even with the language barrier with the sales clerk, we don't speak French, we successfully walked out of there as the new owners of the ring my wife fell in love with. Highly recommend this organization for your fine jewelry purchases. The quality is outstanding!!

Not only my rings look amazing, but also the service and follow-up was perfect from the quoting phase to the delivery. During the design process, I was given a lot of advise (which I needed - although I had a precise idea of what I wanted, there were some technical points that I wouldn't have thought of). Everything was made in time, according to my wishes. I discovered Soann online and have already recommended it to friends and family. If I needed to have another jewel made, I would definitely have it made again by Soann.

Word of caution - make sure you ask for all the relevant terms prior to making a purchase here…read more This review is not a reflection of the products at this store, which generally are quite nice, but a reflection of the extremely frustrating customer service I received. I made a purchase here, and at the time, their website unequivocally stated that they would refund return items withing 14 days of purchase. When I attempted to return my ring to the store, they said that the return policy applied to online purchases, not in-store. They did not inform me of this distinction prior to my purchase and they refused a refund (though they did offer an in-store credit). To me, the fact that they are adhering to a misleading policy has been extremely frustrating and underhanded. I also note that they have updated their terms on their website to clarify this issue, but are not willing to admit that the policy as it stood when I made my purchase was misleading.
