Examples might be hundreds of images that had nasty green tint, resolutions that looked far less than advertised, terrible color corrections, slides not scanned, slides double scanned, images out of order, slides returned out of order with respect to how I sent them in. I thought "how hard can it be to produce images that look like the slide, and not repulsive to look at." I could do a much better job on my own, but the volume of work I had was such that I needed help! So glad I found Dr. Hug's. Dr. Hug's is reasonably priced, especially if you can take advantage of the volume discounts. I recommend to use his higher resolution offering. The images come back looking as good or better than the slides. The owner is very responsive and informative, another big difference to the competition. I have not found any other service that provides acceptable quality, except Dr. Hug's, who provide exceptional quality.

This may seem like sour grapes, but I can tell you for certain that I was not provided with accurate information regarding how much time my lawyer had spent and what I actually owed. In fact I NEVER received an actual time statement until trial documents were filed in which they claimed I actually owed them much more than they billed me for.
