I was…read morea first time patient, so I expected the doctor to come in and at least pretend to be nice; didn't happen. I am not from the Branson area, so to create conversation, I asked if she was from here. She was quick to answer, "Yes, born and raised, but I don't live here, I live in Texas. I come here once a month, but have no intention on staying here.". Wow. I don't know, I've been to plenty of physicians in my time, but this doctor has the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. She is young, so perhaps she shouldn't be judged to critically. I just think she should stay in El Paso TX if she doesn't like coming to work in Branson, because her patients in Branson surely shouldn't have to experience the brunt of her attitude.

I am so glad that I found Cindy's business at Alive and Well so close to home. I will continue to be a happy customer as long as I am in the area! p.s. I called the number listed online but no answer. Then, a lady texted me back later that day that said she have moved to different location-did not give the exact location in her text. It is not very nice to do business without answering your phone when clients call several times. I find it really rude! The text also stated that she had opening the next day. When I asked the times available, she never reply anymore. I don't know how she keeps her business open and does online booking when she is not available to talk on the phone or text the exact location. I will not recommend this place. This place doesn't deserve a 5 star.

How do you look into the eyes of someone you CARE for and tell them about health care news which will rip their heart out? Do you know someone who can do that, while that someone administere confedence that no matter what happens they are in the pressents of a freind who is strong enough, smart enough, capible and willing enough to stand with them while exhausting every option posible for healing? I thank God that I do, and her name is Emily. Thank you Emily Terry, hard core, protective and highly respectful, integration of her physical therapy skills with patient needs is what Terry does with out hesitation. Terry is hard core on her dedication to patient success, protective against injuries, possible weakness and pain. She achieves this in a manor kindness walking beside you. I usually walk out of the Healing Arts clinic, after pysical therapy with Terry, feeling like I'v been vissiting with a long time friend. The best part about that is that my pain level has gone down and I feel like my body is healing. Terry is a professional at making that happen. Thank you Terry Alison, talk about someone who won't take no for an answer, I am so happy to have Alison as one of the therapists involved in my care. She will not let me slack on my part and there is no doubt that she far exceeds expectation of her part in this healing process. I can see it in her eyes. She is dedicated to excellence because she cares. Alisons' steady hand coupled with her steadfast healing attitude has kept me on track for many years. She explains the process of care and treatment in a simple and matter of fact manner. I have been discouraged at times. Thats when Alison is incouraging with her can do healing attitude. Thank you Alison. Dr Willhight, from student therapist to doctor, I would never have known that Sarah was a student when she first came to the Healing Arts center, had they not have told me. Her professionalism, knowledge and direct methed of care gave me a high level of confedence in her abilities, not to mention she was a joy to work with. I see no change in Dr Willhights' level of care, from student to Dr. And why should there be; her performance already surpassed my expctation, and still does. So when Dr. Sarah Willhight does something amazing in the art of healing, I'm not suprised. Thank you Dr. Sarah. Lindel
