Unfortunately they both died with issues that should have been caught earlier and Dr. Cuellar minimized. First my father had been complaining for months of issues that were found to be cancer when he collapsed out of town with what was stage 4 esophageal cancer. Dr. Cuellar had misdiagnosed the symptoms for more than 5 months Proscribing pain killers and not running tests that could have picked up the issue earlier. my mother also died in the care of Dr. Cuellar of the flu. She had a case of flu that went on for a month while suffering at home. He never proscribed tamiflu, and didn't take her off other drugs that exacerbated flu symptoms. Had he been more aggressive with treatment and monitoring of her flu, she would have had more of a chance. Instead she declined too far before going to the hospital where the other doctors realized his mistake, and took her off the drugs that suppressed her immune system and added Tamiflu. while no one lives forever, and no doctor is perfect, Dr Cuellar's care is, in my opinion, sub par.

I checked in late even though I was arrived on time. The staff was very pleasant that brought me back to the room as well as the check-in staff I had to use the restroom and on my way back to my room. You could see everything on the computers of the check-in staff. Patient names appointment time is all kinds of information they should look into getting screen covers or moving the computer to a different area or shutting the door at all time. My appointment was at 8:30 and I didn't see the provider until after nine. My provider was Dr. Eash so friendly, nice, honest and gave multiple options with positive and negative. Highly recommend

I started the therapy a few days post op and the staff here is so caring always making sure I was comfortable, able to get in and out of the chamber easily, etc. when I went for my 1 week postop surgical appt, they were amazed at the healing progression of my incisions! I was literally 90% new skin and maybe 10% small scabbed areas. They said it definitely had to be these treatments as they see people day in and day out, but my results were fantastic. I said that I was taking Ibuprofen ever 4 hours and she told me so rudely that it is not safe. I was taken back by this. I tried to explain that I have to take it every 4 hours in order to relieve the throbbing in my throat, and what other alternatives do I have. She tells me she is not going to argue with me. What a weird woman. I have her as my family doctor but now I can clearly recall why I would never go to the doctor. Unfortunately, there is not much I can say for the staff either. Patients could care less about why you cannot bring up their insurance information at a time like this. What a terrible experience! I am so frustrated that I feel worse now than when I went to the office. I did not think it was possible. The aggravation intensified the throbbing in my throat. The only way that I know to make sure someone else does not experience a similar occurrence. I recommend you find someone else to visit. I ended up calling a nurse through my medical insurance because I had to call them to make sure that I still had coverage since the office could not find my information. I was advised that I could alternate ibuprofen and tylenol. I was advised of a safe schedule and how to do it. Shouldn't that be something your doctor tells you? I absolutely hate going to the doctor but when I feel like death or I hurt so bad that I cannot stand it, I force myself to go. However, my visit again proves to me why I despise most doctors.
