Lady Baltimore is their pride and joy rescue. Some sick SOB shot her through the beak and she miraculously survived, albeit with neurological issues and partial blindness. When she is on display her handler will demonstrate how she knows her nickname (she'll turn and look at you directly if you say it) and she reinforces that onlookers be calm, mellow, and that there's no tapping on her enclosure.
