We stopped into the Cajun coast visitor Center while passing through and it looks quite new. The…read moreinside was fairly empty, but it was definitely clean and bright. There was some helpful information about the surrounding bayou region, fishing, wildlife and local attractions but it's clear that they are still finding their footing. The staff were genuinely nice, but it seems like they're still getting comfortable in their roles so they weren't really able to answer my questions and the other gentleman talking to them seemed more interesting in chatting than getting any real information. They were eager to try and help though and that means a lot. The bathrooms were spotless and they had dum-dums out (I sure hope they were for visitors because I took one). I'm a sucker for Dum Dums (pun intended) So they definitely get extra points just for that. Having a little sweet treat out for your visitors is a small but very thoughtful touch. This definitely feels like one of those places that's going to be fantastic once it fully hits its stride. The building is lovely and has plenty of space. I really liked the few costumes and exhibits that they had out so far and the spirit to be helpful is definitely there as well.

I called the company and spoke with Nicole who had the worst attitude in the world. She advised me that even though it was their fault, they could not give her a discount of any sort or comp any portion of the service. She told me that I know the manager where your daughter works so I called to let her know it was our fault. She was absolutely rude and horrible. We Will never use this company again! And if you want to get to your destination on time, I advise that you don't use them either.

His music is too loud. He gets rude, threatens to leave you if you not waiting outside next time and gives you a lecture if you dont get in the van as soon as he pulls up.Give me a minute at least to grab my bag and walk outside geez. The man and the lady in daytime are good. The daytime lady is nice too. Still better than Tommy's.
