I've stayed in Ritz that bored me compared to this opulent experience at the Rosewood Manor. My husband and I stumbled across Rosewood while looking for a way to celebrate our anniversary and set off some fireworks in our relationship. Thank goodness we found Gary. Driving up to a dimly lit paradise at sunset, greeted by a glass of wine and a wonderful ray of sunshine, Donna, was a good start. We were exhausted and hadn't been having a good week. The mood changed instantly when arriving. The atmosphere is flawless. You feel at home, except better. The house is breathtaking. Gary, the owner, is a brilliant and accommodating host. His attention to detail pulls together the whole experience. Not only is it a remarkable home to begin with, but the way it has been dressed is the key. You can have a beautiful home and a lot of money...and still have no taste. Gary has impeccable taste. Now when it comes to his precious antiques, an outstanding collection of marvelous artwork and to top it all off, he's a gourmet chef... it's safe to say he knows what he's doing. He's also a walking encyclopedia. Our stay was extended due to car trouble. Thank you, Jesus. Gary continued to accommodate us by letting us stay two more unexpected nights, and helped us find a mechanic. He cooked multiple breathtaking meals, that we are still craving. He actually changed breakfast for us in our home. Guests now ask us where we got all these amazing ideas. We of course say "Gary." After a day of great conversation, and lounging by the pool, we would go to sleep in the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in. Every night we would say "something has got to happen... it can't all be perfect." The following evening Gary and Donna made us an exquisite anniversary dinner. Finally, I said "it's all perfect." Around every corner is a surprise, and a pleasant one at that. There's always something new to learn or a story to be heard. My family and I are already planning a summer trip to go visit Dr. Chef and Miss Donna. While I did take several photos, they aren't photos I would post. You need to go see for yourself how truly magnetic and affluent a weekend away can be. I would rather drive hours out of my way to stay here, than at any hotel. On a scale of one to ten, Rosewood Manor is a strong one billion.

Marnie is the best; she helped with every aspect of the planning all the way up to and through the wedding day. She helped in coordinating the ceremony and the reception. Being from out of state it was great having someone I could rely on to recommend places (hair salon, florist, cake, etc) within my budget. Marnie was great with answering any questions or concerns I had. She really knows her stuff. The food is delicious, trust me I've had it several times. I would definitely recommend The Cooper House for any celebration, even if it means traveling 7 hours to get there.

As soon as we got down here, a last minute bomb cyclone struck and left us to abandon our plans. Luckily, The Cooper House was available and these guys salvaged our wedding. My bride and all our guests were stunned at how beautiful the property was. We were able to have the ceremony in the old general store. The lighting, chairs, and overall ambiance was perfect. They even left us water and champagne for a toast! We were allowed to take pictures on the grounds (and we did when we got a break from the rain) and the place is gorgeous. I cannot stress how pleased I am with how it turned out with only 24 hours of planning. I can't even imagine how much better it would be with more planning. I highly recommend this place and thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping a complete stranger out.

This is a beautiful, historic building with exposed brick walls, original hardwood flooring, exposed beams and tons of charm! The entrance can be found on Ottis F. Jones Parkway, and is on the backside of the building on Person St. near the historic Market House. There is plenty of convenient and free parking as well as a handicapped ramp that is very handy. All information was sent to this young lady however when entering the venue, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was set up. my package came with the Light Decor and we did not receive anything. but it was my daughter special day and we were going to make this special for her. We clean the venue taking before and after pictures, we were supposed to receive a $100 refund. When reaching out to her she decided to ghost us. have sent several text to this young lady and she has yet to respond. It's not so much about the refund but how she tried to handle us with complete unprofessionalism. PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS VENUE. so many people advised me not to do but I wanted to give her a chance. I regret doing this.

The gallery is totally accessible with parking adjacent to the building at 114 Knight Street in downtown Aberdeen.
