I will definitely be working with Jordan and Stambaugh Designs again! What really made a difference in in our business from the work we did with Jordan is it made selling our products very simple. Articulating our branding happens elegantly and with ease. Jordans assistance and contributions gave a slick platform for articulating our message and refining what to say and where to say it. Jordan built a website and assisted us in generating some branding elements for our company Squirrel Pop Kombucha. There are so many great things about working with Jordan. He is so versatile in his skillset that whatever you need from marketing to branding to imagery/photography, he can do it, seemingly effortlessly. It's really impressive how fast Jordan can work with something, create a new design, or solve a problem. He is professional and keeps in close communication and is always clear about what he needs and how to go about making it happen. Stambaugh Designs is synonymous in our book for taking whatever we do to the next level and there seem to be no limits to what is possible with the skills and options available through their work! Highly recommended!

Initially my interaction with Minuteman Press was great, they answered my questions and seemed like…read morethey were a great option. I sent my files over for a trifold I made for my grandparents celebration of life as well as an obituary insert. I asked for a test copy to be printed so that I could make sure it printed correctly. No one responded to my emails about coming in to see the copy, so I called and was told it had been ready for me. When I went in to check it over I noticed the insert had been printed wrong so we talked about how it needed to be corrected and he said he would do that, and I sent over a corrected file. I was told it would be ready the day before I had to leave but had to call a few times before I could get an answer as to whether the order was ready or not. I had to send my husband to pick up the order right before we left town for the funeral. When we checked them, the inserts had been printed wrong, and over 50% of my trifold prints were bent on the inner fold in 1-2 places. I had asked that the insert not be glossy, but they were printed on glossy paper. Since they were late in printing and we had to leave town, I couldn't reprint them before the funeral. When I got home, I called a few times and left messages asking to talk with someone about this issue. Three different employees took my name and number and assured me that either the person who had worked with me for printing or the manager would return my call. I never received a call back. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience and won't be using Minuteman Press ever again and I will make sure anyone who asks hears an honest review. I am very forgiving and I wasn't just trying to get a refund, I wanted to give feedback and let them know that I was disappointed with the product provided as this was an important event for my family in honoring our dearly loved parents/grandparents. Usually business owners appreciate feedback in order to improve the service they offer. Needless to say, I would offer zero stars if that were an option.

Matt and Brooke were extremely easy to work with. They are professional, but understanding and never got frustrated working with a public entity where sometimes things have to get several stamps of approval for moving forward. They checked in regularly and were extremely responsive to any messages I sent them, and worked with me to get where I wanted to go.
