We were staying at Tween Waters Resort celebrating our 20-year wedding anniversary and thought we had everything planned perfectly, including a pre-scheduled Uber to the airport. At 3:30 AM, just five minutes before pickup, Uber canceled on us. Panic doesn't even begin to describe it. We called multiple services and got the same response over and over: no availability, no drivers, nothing at that hour. On a last-ditch attempt, I called Elisha -- and he immediately rearranged his schedule and left right away to come get us. He picked us up promptly, got us to the airport on time, and completely saved our trip. Elisha was professional, calm, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable the entire drive. The ride was smooth, stress-free, and exactly what we needed in that moment. Even with this being a last-minute emergency pickup, the fare was more than reasonable. The next time we're in the area, we will absolutely be calling Elisha again -- this time on purpose. Reliable, professional, and genuinely kind. Don't call anyone else. Call Elisha. He won't disappoint.

My wife is a nervous passenger and I usually have to say something to drivers, but Doug was slow, careful and cautious. And the fare was reasonable too! I highly recommend Kathy's Taxi Kab. They did not call back, so I called them the afternoon of the day before, confirmed time, address and zip code. The next morning, ready and waiting at 3; 3:30 came and went. Called, got a Recording. Waited until 3:45, then took my car because by then, I had no more time. Did not pass the taxi on the way. Lucky for me I had access to a car; what if I was at a hotel without a shuttle at3:30 a.m. And needed to get to the airport; I would have missed my flight. To add insult to injury, I got a call from their office at 8 that morning asking if I still wanted a pick up!!!! AVoid these jokers
