Also charged me 715 dollars to send my drive shaft to Carolina drive line to mount, balance, and replace bearings in driveshaft when i directly called Carolina drive line and they said it was between 350 and 450 but he didn't have the paperwork in front of him.

Had a Noon apt. for 4 tires and rear brakes. We were the only customer for most of the day. Job…read morewas completed at 5:10 PM. The brakes were not adjusted (drum brakes) and the emergency brake goes to the firewall--no holding action. Charged for a BRAKE SYSTEM FLUSH which was ONLY the exchange of fluid in the master cylinder, not a system flush. Very dissatisfied with the service. The FIRESTONE tires are great.
