I had a brake in half Sunday.. Thankfully Dr Svans was able to see me very quickly.. He then proceeded to clean my old tooth up and build a new crown for my molar.. Fantastic job! No pain.. no issues.. My friend had 3 sore points on a Friday night. I recommended he call Dr. Svans office even though not a patient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr. Svans unbelievably texted him back with 2 courses of self treatment for Friday night and if it still did not resolve he would see him in the office on Saturday!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This level of care and attention is unheard of today! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My prior dentist wrecked pretty much everything with my teeth. Dr. Svans is so knowledgeable and he explains everything thoroughly. I am someone who is not a fan of the dentist. I started with a cleaning from Sara and she made sure I was comfortable, and she was so detail oriented. She took her time to make sure my mouth was perfectly clean. I then had to book in for a filling and I was so nervous going into that appointment. Dr. Svans was so kind, and gentle. The worst part was holding my mouth open.. which says a lot about how gentle he is. He uses all the latest technology, including a machine that makes the crown in office so you don't have to come back for a second visit! I had the pinhole gum rejuvenation procedure done last week, and Dr. Svans was available to answer all of my post op questions and kept in touch with me over the weekend to make sure I was doing alright.
