She is extremely diligent in her practice and even recently went above and beyond for me to order a tier 4 prescription for me that was extremely time sensitive requiring a emergent prior authorization with insurance. This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work. I absolutely reccomend this primary care group wholeheartedly.

This place might be good for some people but it was not what I was looking for. It felt more like an AA cult. On day 2 they called me in and demanded full payment. My insurance would've covered it. I appreciate their dedication, integrity, and desire to help others. I would like to add that I feel great respect for anyone who is a neurologist. Having been a former RN, I perceive it as being one of the most difficult fields in medicine because of requiring extensive study and years of experience to become truly proficient. Thankfully Dr Choo Lee is both learned and has many years of experience.

Been going there for a year to diagnose my mother's memory issues. Terrible experience. The office…read moreis run by Mrs. Lee, and while a nice lady, is well over her head in the office. They do not use computers, so you cannot email. Nor can you view any of his notes or any diagnoses. Or look up when your next appointment is. They never erase the voicemail so it's always full. If she has another call she hangs up on you. (been hung up on at least 20 times) Every single referral has had errors that caused even further delays. Dr. Lee missed the fact that my mother (like most old people) is on blood thinners and ordered a spinal tap. Referral for PET scan was sent to wrong facility. Walked in today, gave her two pieces of paper and told her she has Alzheimer's. No opinion on progression, no idea of how fast it will happen and absolutely zero compassion. When I asked about treatment he said there were two, gave the name and asked which one we wanted. No explanation on pros and cons of each. Also said they might cause swelling and brain bleeding. No explanation as to how often it happens. I could go on for hours. If you value your own or a loved ones care do not see Dr. Lee (Choo Lee and Steven Lee are the same person) Literally go absolutely anywhere else.
