I understand how appointments work but I also know that there are exceptions and when someone has had an accident and is in pain you could at least offer to put them on a cancellation list or speak to the doctor. The front desk is the first impression of any business and referrals are the greatest compliment. This receptionist left much to be desired, and because of her you lost a potential life long patient.
