As a fair review：
Good aspect：
Facilities：Comparably good；
Site：Clean and well furnitured；
Bad aspect：
Process Speed：Extremely slow，we waited for 20 MINUTES until staff finally takes her key；When questioned，staff just ask customer to wait for an unfixed amount of time until they are available；
Customer Service：Extremely bad，bad attitudes are being consistent through all the staff we met there，while they might say it is an efficient way of communication，but they are actually commanding and firmly being arrogant；
Don't know how good their service is，but these experience made this car service centre not worth a try ---- even they are good，there are still other options.
2-star for that at least they did their basic job. read more
