This is one of seven SuttonKersh branches in Liverpool and this is the best one for properties in south Liverpool and Allerton. Established in the 70's Sutton Kersh is now one of the larger agents handling the usual residential property services of sales, lettings, surveying, valuations, mortgages but also building surveying, commercial property, auctions and international property. Their website shows an RICS logo but does not specify that it is "regulated by RICS". The firm does use all the biggest websites to advertise on so would be a good place to put your property with if you wanted to maximise exposure.
