I'm finally back in with being able to utilize Sutter Imaging/Sutter Health in the Stanislaus County region where I now reside... I have Covered California for my health insurance needs & pay for it 100% myself and always have... The company fulfilling my medical need(s) (not really they sorta bigtime suck on their bait-&-switch routines) is none other than Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield "EPO". This year they say I'm in luck as they are 'waiving the deductible" it sits at zero every year so that doesn't appear to be of assistance to me now does it?... When I lived in Sacramento, California several years back, Sutter Health was my only health insurance and I didn't have Covered California then... Hope that's not too confusing to read... I I've missed Sutter, so much that I'm feeling much less stress & angst in the area of my health care & staying safe and sound & healthy, now that a few providers are contracted with Sutter... Prayer answered... Although I no longer live in this area, of what's called Northern California, my original review of this Campus Commons, Sacramento, California location was that they PAMPERED & Cared so well for me that I was never frightened &/or scared to keep an appointment there... I don't have that same emotional bond yet with Sutter Health here in Turlock, California but I was just there this past month and they are working on being more kind, verbal, and engaging with the clients/patients arriving there to receive services... Good for them! Great for the patrons like myself... I recently needed my medical records from Sutter Sacramento and the process for receiving them was so streamlined. No shame zero hassle, for asking for older records and for having them mailed to me in Turlock where I now reside... I've even survived Cat Scratch Disease passed to me by my beloved kitty Gray Grey Thomas whom I and my best friend Shirley N. (Shirley is in her high 80's and she and I with her help late at night saved all 3 of the teeny tiny kittens someone threw over the ledge/wall where my friend then lived. She phoned me panicking due to a severe allergy to cat dander begging me to assist her by coming and taking the kittens to my home to live. Done and they are all healthy to this day. Gray Grey is nearly 20 pounds now and a 'giant kitten' inside. But their tiny teeth were like razorblades & their teeny tiny claws; sharp like a blade & pin-cusion thrashed both of my hands and wrists and forearms (as I bottle fed them several times daily.) Months went by and I couldn't get off the couch from the nonstop malaise, nausea, migraine headache and chills.... I lived past it & was treated properly by Dr. Douglas Roberts, Immunologist. wizard also in Sacramento. Speaking of that I need to contact the best kitten lady like Shirley & Doris E. from Kitty 911~East Bay (The San Franciso Bay Area) and inform Doris E. that I'd LOVE and NEED more than anything else to have Gray Grey back in my custody for good once I move out of my Mothers beautifully safe home (for the most part). I asked Doris to please help me with Gray as his new living arrangements were too cramped for him and he was showing aggression, frustration & sadness for over one year. She made it happen; again! There's this lil kitty named Lenny she rescued that my neighbor begged me to help; in walked Doris E. I never intended to continue to have Gray anywhere but with me and his siblings but circumstances change as everyone knows so I did what I did and am living with the reality; he is desperately missed by me & his siblings who he was raised with. His siblings miss him terribly and want him back. They initially were relieved in his absence but that changed quickly to looking for him and secluding themselves like they did when he would 'hunt' them. Not good. Wrapping up this side-story, my lymph nodes swelled so severely that my right breast was twice the size of the left, and my lymph nodes in my neck and arms were huge and tender. Antibiotics, pain reliever, tons of sleep, seriously sleep,is the magic ingredient in this concoction that will get you back on the path of the living.... No joke. Yet I digress, MEDICAL RECORDS & requesting them from Sutter locations has ALWAYS gone sooooooo smoothly & the next thing I know; they are in my mailbox at home. That's the main point of this "UPDATED REVIEW": We will all need our medical records at some point in life. Take it from one who knows first-hand & when that day or day(s) arrives, I can rest-easy with the past-experience-knowledge that Sutter Health delivers; early & on-time. P.S... Sutter has a KICK A?? online Patient Portal. You can view 24/7 365 a year, your medical procedures, surgeries, results, radiological tests performed, and bloodwork; you name it it goes way back in time to eliminate the need to ask another for what's yours; you bought it & they deliver based on your needs.... I've been here on four different occasions, and each visit was pleasant and quick. Great customer service, clean place.

All the ladies out there; I urge you to be diligent about your healthcare. That includes getting a mammogram. I don't particularly like this task but hey, it's gotta to be done. With that being said, I choose this facility. It was my first time here. The suite is located on the first floor. Parking is easy and plentiful. The receptionist was a sweetheart. After I filled out some paperwork, I sat down for a few minutes before a nurse lead me to the back imaging area. The waiting room had plenty of seating. But the upholstery on most of the chairs were unpleasant looking and have seen better days for sure. It took me awhile to find a decent looking chair to sit on. The changing rooms were no frills. It had a small bench with a upholstered pillow top, cloth curtain, and 1 wall hook. Again, I'm not a fan of upholstered furniture in medical offices. After I changed, a different nurse lead me into the imaging room. She had a very positive & peppy attitude. She explained everything before hand as we went, so no surprises. She was also quick and efficient, just what I want in a nurse taking my mammogram. read more

The wait was short. The reception staff was polite. The wait was minimal. The tech was very sweet and kind. Nothing to complain about.

I brought my grandmother in and I could not believe how rude and unhelpful the staff was with everyone. Many elder were in there for blood work and they wouldn't speak loud enough for the patients to hear them so they would yell rudely at patients to get their attention, not to mention even ignore them and move on to the next person. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR INFANT HERE! They say they're good with babies but they ARE NOT! Go to Sutter Lab on Stockton where they are actually good with infants! read more

Polite staff but technician refused to share results of ultrasonic imaging , would not allow me to watch the screen to observe and would not provide any information about what she was seeing. You would think the patient would have a right to know. read more

Have gone to this location for years and always had an overall good experience. Today was different. Please advise your front desk employee to change how he ask people why they are visiting your location vs "Good morning...and what are you here for today?" I tried to give him just my name and appointment time, and was asked again why I was there. I ended up disclosing the specific test which I thought was weird but wasn't sure what he was after, as did those that arrived behind me. This is a very open front desk, with waiting seats directly across from it. No privacy windows/etc. I think what they are attempting to do is determine if patients are there for lab work or imaging. The woman who walked in after me tried to give her name and then said she was there for a blood and urine check. All he needs to do is qualify the question. For example, "Good morning, are you here today for lab work or imaging?" Otherwise, you are putting people's HIPPA rights to privacy at no value. Also, the biggest disappointment was that when I scheduled my appointment, the scheduler neglected to hear that I needed 3-D imaging, and yup...this location does not have it. So...I went with the standard, which has caused me unnecessary repeat visits and may again this time. Have gone to this location for years but not after today. read more
