My chiropractor sent a referral to Advantage Plus MRI clearly stating an order for a lumbar MRI. Advantage Plus MRI reached out to me complaining that the instructions were not clear, and that they wanted my chiropractor to send another referral. Advantage Plus MRI then reached out to my attorney asking for my UM/UIM coverage limits. My limits ($30,000 per person) were then sent to Advantage Plus MRI. They then denied to do the imaging. The main frustration, of course, is not that Advantage Plus MRI seemingly arbitrarily denied to do the imaging, but that they drew out the process for a week or more, which ultimately has unnecessarily delayed my treatment.

I went in for what I thought would be a simple tooth extraction. As you can see in my second statement, they charged me a staggering $978.80, even though I have very good insurance. I was shocked by this amount; it felt more like a financial scam than a professional dental service. To make matters worse, a week later, I received another bill for $211. This bill included an $87 charge for a 'consultation' that never actually happened, and no one mentioned this fee to me during my visit. I will absolutely not be returning to this place. I strongly advise others to be very careful and protect their wallets before seeking any treatment here. It's a very disappointing way to treat patients. The girls in the front were so rude. You can tell they just wanted to go to lunch. Plus they were talking and laughing about peoples medical exams. I told them about my perception drugs I'm on and also I smoke thc which I have a license for but they failed me. So I called my job and they said to just show my license and it would be fine. So I went back the next day. They filled my documents wrong so I asked them to contact my employer. They didn't seem to happy about that. My fiancé heard them whispering about it. Which is against hippa laws. And one girl was eating chips behind the counter after they just got back from break. They kept asking me if I did other drugs like lsd when they just did my drug test less than 24 hours ago. I had a physical with my main doctor and it was a full physical. The doctor that did mine her literally was done in 5 minutes. No reflex check or anything like that. The only reason I came here was because my job is works with them specifically. If it weren't for that I would have gone to my main doctor or to quest diagnostics. Overall I had a bad esperance. They were not sanitizing or practicing covid rules. If you have options go somewhere else.

My doctor referred me to Auburn Imaging to get an IVP done. I had my appointment yesterday…read moremorning. The waiting room was packed but I was brought back within 15 minutes or so. The front desk and back office really has their act together, very efficient. They promptly started the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable. The tech also gave very clear instructions during the IVP process. Everyone was very friendly and they provided excellent patient care. I knocked one star off because when they initially inserted the VERY large needle into my vein, they let a bunch of my blood spill onto the sheets which was kind of awkward. It sounds bad, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Other than that, no complaints.

I was able to get a morning weekend appointment which was wonderful. They seemed to move patients in and out with speed and precision and I scheduled online which was a breeze. All in all, for a procedure I think no one enjoys, it was as pleasant as it could be.

I was assigned Dr. Roy Harris as my PCP. Although I prefer to have a female PCP, I was okay with scheduling all of my appointments with his NP Janina. She was awesome, but eventually moved out of state. I then scheduled with NP Wendy and was happy for the most part with the care I received. At around the time she retired, the practice brought a female MD on board. I thought, "Great, I can finally have a female MD as my PCP!" Her profile described her as exactly the doctor I had been waiting for. When I called the office to schedule an annual physical with her, I was told NO because Dr. Harris was my PCP. I told the scheduler that I was not comfortable with a male performing a physical and asked to change my PCP to Dr. Michelle Do. I was told that had to be "approved" by someone named Cynthia in the office and I would receive a call back later that day. While awaiting the call back (which never happened), I started reading reviews online and was appalled by the multiple negative reviews of Dr. Harris specifically. At that point, I was not just uncomfortable with having a male PCP, but with him being my PCP. It took two more calls to the office that week to ultimately be told by Cynthia that I could NOT change my PCP assignment. It did not matter to her that in 10 years, I had never had one appointment with him or that I was completely uncomfortable with him. She claimed the practice has a policy about switching doctors. When I asked for the policy via my patient portal, she admitted that there was nothing in writing. Anyone in health care knows that if it is not in writing, then it doesn't exist. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. By the end of my phone call, the scheduler Roberta and Queen Cynthia confirmed the following: If I were a brand new patient, then I could choose Dr. Do as my PCP. Because I was already a patient, I no longer had a choice. (Whichever PCP a patient starts with is who they are stuck with.) If I wanted an annual physical with a female, then I could schedule with a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. The female MD in their office was not a choice for me simply because my assigned PCP was Dr. Harris. Their supposed "policy" of not allowing patients to change their PCP is completely disrespectful. Brand new patients have a choice but established patients do not. Their website claims to "deliver personalized health care" and that their "philosophy is to provide individualized care", yet they will not allow patients to have a say in who provides their care. Horrible business model.

This year when I changed my insurance instead of trying to get a prior off going to my last doctor, I wanted to come here where I was highly recommended to I was so scared I had anxiety I was definitely unsure and worried how it would go. Right from the start the gal at the front desk was super nice. Kind explained where I needed to sign explained what was what took copies of my ID and insurance card. The next person I dealt with was the nurse she went and got my weight asked me a lot of questions went over my medications, even though I had filled things out online she thoroughly went through things which I really applaud them for doing as sometimes we as people can forget something. I have been in chronic pain. I can't express to you how bad it has been. I have been able to get some relief from getting the procedure done that I get. I was worried that maybe the general anesthesia wouldn't work however, all of the staff listened to me made me feel better about it. Let me joke with them. I am not sure how long the entire process took but it felt like minutes and here. I am praying that how I am feeling last a while for the first time in over 7+ years. I have absolutely no back pain right now. I don't know if that'll change in the morning. I would be happy with a pain level of five even as I've been dealing with a pain level of 10 for quite some time. The doctor came and introduced himself. Very clean and organized. The receptionist and the guard were very welcoming. The technician was also detailed, professional and efficient. She made my husband feel comfortable. This was my first time at this clinic and I highly recommend both the clinic and Zaradhe Yach, NP.
