I came to this office on 4/19/26 for a liver ultrasound appointment that I had scheduled. When I…read morearrived, the person at the front desk told me that they do not do ultrasounds there and that whoever scheduled my appointment made a mistake. She also said they had left me two voicemails to inform me. However, when I checked my phone, there were no missed calls or voicemails at all. This made the situation even more frustrating because I was not notified in any way. On top of that, the front desk staff member, a lady, was very rude and arrogant. Instead of trying to help or show understanding, she spoke in a disrespectful way and did not seem to care about the inconvenience caused. We came all the way from Sacramento just for this appointment, and it was a complete waste of time. Being treated poorly and then being told something that is not true about missed calls made the experience even worse. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to others.

I apologize, I cannot remember the name of the student that assisted me that day, but he was so respectful and courteous and kind in assisting and explaining everything. His mentor was very patient with him and informative with me going through the process. I am a retired chef instructor And I was happy to see the instructor/Student process in action at Mercy in such a positive way. Great job to all involved.

Why would I do that? So I got my scans done, and two weeks later I still have no results. I called my doctor's office and she said that she had three other calls today in the same situation with missing results from this same location! Something is wrong here, I don't have any confidence they have their act together. They also suddenly no longer do X-rays here, you have to go to a location over a mile away.

We went back in and she was in a better position. We got 4 photos printed (included in the price) all other photos and video of the session was emailed to us. They have an iption to add on a stuffed animal with babies heart beat. There are about 4 stuffed animal options in the office, but they have lots of other options that you can order and pick up 4 weeks later. Ultrasound tech was kind, and patient. You can bring up to 5 guests with you to see baby as well. This was our second time coming here. 1st time was 13 years ago with our 1st born.

I will need to repeat an MRI somewhere else so they can accurately see the details. I don't know what's wrong that would make images so unclear, but I would go somewhere else if its an MRI you need. My MRI from 1995 is way better. They need a patient portal for patients and doctors to access results, compatible with EPIC.

Despite it being mostly after the…read moreCOVID craze, when we went to our healthcare provider, I was refused, as the dad, to be in with my wife for an ultrasound. I was deprived the opportunity to view the first images, so I wanted a second chance to see my son for the first time. Kathryn was very welcoming and allowed not only me but also one set of my son's grandparents and an aunt and cousin to be in the room during the procedure. The image from the machine was mirrored onto a large television in the room. She sent us all of the image stills and a couple of animated images that we could see, but she also sent the images to someone who could render the multitude of images to provide a life-like image. Granted, this is not a 100% accurate image but I've included a photo of the rendered image next to one of our son's first photographs, later in the day on which he was born. Our son is now 16 months old but I can still see subtle features from the rendered photo and what he looks like today.
