The solar system that Ryan Sutphin installed is working ok for now. We have only had it for 7 months. When his crew left after the install they took the keys to the battery cabinets. We have tried to contact him to get the keys but it's like he has just dropped out of business. After several weeks of trying to contact him we had to go to the manufacturing to order new keys which cost $100.00 for 2 keys. That's crazy but it's the only way to access our battery boxes. On initial install electrician could not get half of the panels to work. Instead of tracing problem, he just left. Too 6 months and three electricians to get panes working. Only provided a work around solution to problem, but problem not resolved. Having same problem again and have been trying to get fixed since first of but no action. to fix. Repairman made appointment to fix problem before July 4, but did not arrive. Have not had any responses from messages left on recorded line. Wondering is still in business, or just ignoring small homeowner problems. read more
