I cannot say enough good things about CC Electric. After a substation went down, our main / whole house breaker wouldn't close any more, leaving me, my wife, and small child without electricity and, more importantly, AC in the middle of summer in Texas. A local electric supply referred me to CC Electric since they were the only crew that said they would try to get us fixed that day. None of the other half dozen crews that were contacted would do anything to try to make time to help us in our emergency. Keith came out immediately and had my whole breaker box replaced and working within a few hours. He even worked with me to check around to find a replacement breaker box that we would be able to reuse the existing Square D breakers in. He easily could have just installed what he personally liked best or was easiest/quickest to install, but he truly wants to do what is best for the customer. CC Electric treated me like family because they are a small family business. During the course of the work Stephen and the office manager came out on separate occasions to check and make sure everything was going OK. The work was exemplary and the customer service and follow up top-notch. After having terrible experiences with AC and plumbing contractors in BCS, I can say with 100% certainty that CC Electric is the benchmark that all other contractors should be compared to. I will be using CC Electric for all my electric needs from now on and will recommend them to everyone I know. These guys are awesome!! They came out when we had to use our home warranty for a busted attic fan. The first company that came out refused to fix it and complained it was too high and too hard to reach. Not with this company, they ordered the new fan, and we had them quote installing two new chandeliers in our entry and replacing the canned/recessed lighting that was currently installed. Their quote was very reasonable, and they put in extra effort. One of the chandeliers had become damaged in shipping, and in fact, the wires had been cut in half. They took the time to re run the wires and fix what was damaged. Their installation was impeccable. We couldn't be more pleased. We've asked them to do a few more things for us because of how well we were treated, and because of the quality. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone! read more

I wish I could give more stars! This is an awesome company! I will never hesitate to call them. I needed a ceiling fan replaced with my home warranty. John told me when he came out it would have to be replaced and let me know the company had to put in a builder's grade but I had the option to have the warranty company give me the cash. It is so refreshing to deal with an honest company and people who do what is right the first time! Bridget did the scheduling and she could not have been nicer! I took a chance and chose a company based on reviews alone instead of asking around for a recommendation on electricians in the area for a job needed at my house. I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that the other 5-star ratings and testimonials for CC are spot on! I called CC electric after we were hit by a tornado on May 26, 20016. They came right out and got power back for us inclluding 4 other families on our block. They came back and did other repairs for us. They are very detail oriented and have the BEST customer service. I had hired another person to run power and hang a ceiling fan on our patio cover. Needless to say I was very disappointed. CC came in and did the job right. I was very pleased. Professional job all the way. It looks great and is done right.
