Parking: it is a little difficult to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. Come with your bike of public transportation to avoid the annoying search for a parking spot. :)

We shifted to sushi and nigiri instead. Every roll and piece came out fresh, well-prepared, and consistent. No weak items across the board. We also ordered the Wagyu gyoza, which stood out. Good texture, rich flavor, and cooked right. I ordered the Pho Surf and Turf XXL. The portion was solid, the broth had depth, and the mix of proteins made it worth ordering again. I left full and satisfied, which says a lot given how often pho can miss on balance. Our server, Han, made a difference. The exterior gives off a nice vibe, modern plainism. The food was very good. I had a selection of sushi consisting of 12 Hosomaki and 6 Cali-rolls. They were nice enough to make me a custom 6 hosomakis with surimi which normally isn't on the menu from what I saw. The prices are very tolerant! The cucumber in the Hosomaki was really fresh and had a great crunchy and juicy texture. They offer a decent menu, and delivery when you request 20€ worth of product. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm happy to have found this place! All in all I suggest visiting the place if you want quick sushi either to go or sit down for a break. It's worth the extra walk to get to if you're in the area.
