I have to be honest, I was very skeptical to eat any sort of sushi in Milan, let alone it being all…read moreyou can eat sushi in MILAN for 20 euros (for dinner) but this place far exceeded my expectations. I'm from NYC where there are plenty of AYCE sushi places and I have to say, this definitely tops the list for me. They are mindboggingly efficient with their dishes --almost to the point where it makes you question your sanity. Like... wait, but didn't I just order that 68 seconds ago and now it's magically in front of me? A tad sketch, but I have to say everything I had was superbly fresh. Maybe they precut/prepare certain plates, but it really did not affect the overall quality of the dish. I'm a bit of a brat when it comes to eating raw fish- I will send things back if the color is off or if there's even a slight chance it seems like I'd get sick. Prices for beer and wine are also extremely reasonable. Portions are on the smaller side for the appetizers and sashimi/carpaccio, but it's AYCE so does it really even matter? Moot point. There are some items that have a red circle next to them which indicates you are only allowed to order that item one per person. But not to worry.... There's about 100 items on the menu so you won't run out of options. My favorites- - Tuna and salmon tataki - I believe it's a ponzu sauce on top with fresh scallions and ginger- super refreshing and tasty - Tuna + salmon tartare - also another refreshing item on the menu - Spicy tuna roll - I've had hundreds of spicy tuna rolls before but this one was unique-- I'm not sure what spice they use to make it spicy but it's far different than what's usually used and it was fantastic! - Dragon roll -eel and crab with avocado - Amaebi nigiri - sweet shrimp nigiri ...dope digity, really really tasty. - Salmon Gunkan and Tuna gunkan-- I've never had this before but it's basically a regular roll without using seaweed as the "outside". They use the actual fish itself. Other items ordered- - Nigiri-- 2 pieces per order-- we had all of the nigiri items: salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, cooked shrimp, sea bass, octopus, eel. All were fantastic except for the octopus which was a bit chewy. - Salmon and Tuna carpaccio - super fresh but was not wowed by the sauce - Gyoza - Miso soup Their menu also includes hand rolls, regular rolls, other special rolls, salad, tons of other apps (including hot dishes), udon noodles, fried rice, tempura, teppanyaki--- I mean the options are endless. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other items!

If you are tired of pasta and pizza, don't sleep on this place. it was very near our apartment and the service was wonderful.

Excellent sushi joint in the beautiful Brera district. Elegant streets and homes, high class…read morerestaurants with high prices (rent has a big impact in the final cost of food, clothing, pubs etc). The place is smoothly managed by very professional but very pleasant young Italian staff. Cooks & sushi men are Japanese. The best of two worlds, two cuisines I deeply love. I wouldn't go for the rolls, nigiri and gunkans, as they are gorgeous to look at but flavors didn't convince my girlfriend. I went for tempura (I tend to avoid fried food due to digestive issues), but here it was flawless. Fresh frying oil, perfectly light batter, super fresh fish & vegetables. Four lovely sauces accompanied this simple but extraordinary dish. The ceviche was good but the original Peruvian version is way better. This ceviche was excellent but it was more of a tuna, salmon and sea bass tartare with little cilantro, avocado (not present in real ceviche but it was a good addition), no lime, few onions and no chili. After all, it's a fusion restaurant, creativity and chef's personal additions are more than allowed. Strongly advised for celebrating bdays or anniversaries. We were there with a 50% rebate on the final bill thanks to The Fork, so "fish had human prices"
