It is a fast made to order food but is far superior to "fast food." Flavors were spot on and the kiosk ordering has Austrian or English translation options. When I got home, there was no ice cream.. upon calling them.. the unapologetic owner told me that they don't give ice cream when you are picking up - how ridiculous. I then discovered that the portions were tiny and there was never a peanut sauce that was promised with a starter. Horrid experience and not recommended.
