"Hot" is "European hot" and I guess you have to ask for more if you are one of the local Asians who eat there. I recommend the coconut milk soup and the red curry vegetables (hot). We ate here twice- I had a spicy peanut curry with rice and veggies one day and a salad with lots of bean, seed, and nut fixins another day. Both were very filling! I saw at least two locations of my Indigo- both near the center of Salzburg. One has dine-in seating, the other does not. As in America, getting avocado is extra- but it is a big portion, so its worth the extra $ if you're on the fence ;) Definitely a great option for travelers on a budget looking for healthy food options!
