My only real critique of the ramen (other than the missing egg) is that it is a touch too fatty for me, and that's a personal preference more than anything. Good ramen broth always has plenty of fat in it and fat is flavor, but it bothers my stomach! It isn't like the typical menu with 8-, 10-, 12-, or 15-piece order of assorted sushi pieces. It is more similar to an American sushi restaurant. Of course, there seems to be some Korean influence, and part of the menu (labeled "East Asia") is noodles, or bi bim bap (korean for fried rice or mixed rice i think). The other part of the menu of course is sashimi, sushi, and rolls. If you're American (like me), I would definitely recommend this place, because it is more like what we are used to back home. And we can be more picky with the rolls we get. I went to pick up a Togo order late one night and they were super friendly! I had a bit of a complicated order and they were happy to oblige. The person who took my order was helpful and patient and explained the order to the sushi chef. They made it in about 5 mins, so super fast. Their sushi and fish quality is impressive for a little kiosk in the mall - could be at any restaurant in the city - a great go to!
