It's consistent if not slightly better than most American sushi buffet counterparts This place gets busy very quickly shortly after opening despite being a very large, two-story space. The concept is they provide a large menu and a sheet of paper. You review the menu, select the items you want and the quantity. Then, they bring it out to you. At first the menu looks very expansive with many options. However, you quickly realize it's mostly basically different renditions of the same thing. Nonetheless, the quality was decent to good. They have everything: dim-sum style items, Japanese izakaya, potstickers, handrolls, sushi rolls, sashimi, tartar, french fries, fried rice, noodles, soups, small dessert selection...lots of options to consider. Some of the items have a crescent moon shape, which means they're only offered during dinner time. Of course, there are non-buffet items you can order as well. They have a large staff so you get your food a reasonably fast time. This is Europe, so they'll charge for water. The beer is not from tap also, if you care to know, lol.
