My stir fry with Thai basil and chilli was absolutely beautiful and traditional. I asked for it as they would make it in Bangkok and that is exactly what I got. My mouth was burning for twenty minutes afterwards. Just as I wanted. I asked the lady for a fried egg, as I would get in Thailand and out it came, soft fried so the delicious yolk dribbled all through the stir fry. My dining partner had a chicken massaman made with tender roasted chicken and was absolutely beautiful. And the money bags for entree were peanutty and to die for. I highly recommend it!
