If I could pick zero stars I would. This woman was rude, condescending and offered me unsolicited advice on my mental health. She labelled me as codependent and stereotyped my profession. She talked at me for the entire hour and I could barely say a word. Then offered additional services for a fee of $2000. read more

I was referred to this lawyer via the BC Lawyer Referral Service. I have two children, ages 2 and 4, and decided to go to my appointment while my oldest daughter was in preschool but had to bring my son. My son is very well behaved, and I had simply planned on letting him, quietly, watch a show on my phone during my appointment. This lawyer refused to let him eat his animal crackers, complained I was using up her valuable time (which I was going to pay for), and even stated that my son could not have his face on one of her pillows because it was a filthy concept, and would spread germs. For a family lawyer this lawyer was NOT good around children at all, and extremely unfriendly. Needless to say I am finding a new lawyer. read more

This lawyer was not ready for our appointment. We had to wait while she finished secretarial work. Most of the $300 consultation hour was a repeat of basic information already posted on the website. Asked twice, to take the time to look over the documents and summary provided, the meeting carried on with a pitch for to drop $2000 to write up a simple separation agreement. Because she only reviewed our paperwork at the very end, she did not discover until then that a separation agreement was not the proper process to follow. Condescending, not a good listener. Definitely steer clear. Waste of time and money. read more
