The Bay just doesn't really carry much anymore and the other two store's quality is pretty terrible plus more and more not at all my style. In finding this shop I was delighted to find high quality items and different styles to choose from that don't look like everything else I keep seeing over and over. They do still have a lot of the usual items too but it was nice to see stuff that was unique. The prices are higher but the quality is too so it's warranted. I'd rather buy a few less items that I love than more cheaper items that I don't. The set I purchased feels like it's high quality and honestly, just makes me feel better too :) I also really appreciated the selection of natural shapes, not all padded and pushed etc even in the smaller sizes. The selection really offers pieces meant to flatter each body as is, not try to turn it into something it's not. Lastly, the owner was very approachable but not annoying or pushy which is what I like. She was happy to help but also gave me lots of space to look and try things on without any pressure. I'll definitely be back :)

(Used them for sizing she claims) She continued to say we can't try them on and that they won't be out till October 5th. She was genuinely upset and letting her frustration out on me... I tried to explain to her that I bought mine there last year and really wanted to again. She abruptly hung up the phone and I was left never wanting to return.

This was in large part because the owner seemed approachable, down to earth, invited folk to get their questions answered and the right products selected, and because she seems more like my age group. So I rang and though I spoke with another woman worker rather than the owner things were progressing ok until the owner in a horrible mood apparently talked to the assistant I was talking with, grabbled the phone and ended the call rudely. So much for helping and empowering. Zero for customer service and zero business from me.

They're chatty and easy to talk to and always willing to make very helpful recommendations. They have a wide selection of toys, leather, lingerie and dirty gag stuff. If they don't have what you're looking for they are often more than happy to find some way to order it for you or make a suggestion on where to find it. Prices are steep, like any sex shop, but they're prone to cutting deals and throwing in extra batteries if you need them, free of charge. My only criticism is that the shop is very heterosexual/cisgender orientated. There isn't a lot of queer erotica available nor any queer how-to guides. But that aside, I would highly recommend this store.
