I many times feel sorry for Kristina having to descifer through my "monthly bookkeeping folders" that are labeled by month with everything dumped in , never any complaints and very few questions are ever asked because they just know where it goes and the longer they get to know you you basically don't have to worry about anything except getting your bookkeeping turned in (yes, I am the one that is always late in getting that done) but I just put it in a box and ship it to them via UPS, no problems. Very thankful that Bayshore takes into consideration that I am an hour's drive away therefore they go above and beyond to limit my "have to" visits to their office which is fantastic (however, I do still miss seeing you all )! In November 2024, after meeting in person, I discussed a strategy with Jesse Caldwell. I made the first payment, and a letter was supposedly sent to Gastonia Home Improvement LLC--though I was never given confirmation that it actually was. Two weeks later, Jesse requested additional evidence such as videos and photos, which I provided immediately. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful updates from the firm for months. Then, in May of this year, I received only a voicemail stating that the firm had discovered a conflict of interest and could no longer pursue my case. At no point during those many months did anyone mention that a conflict of interest was even a possibility.
