She helped us sell our prior home two decades ago and we never forgot what a great job she did for us then. We remained friendly with Susan for all the years in between because that's just the kind of person she is! Susan's understanding of the real estate market, her attention to detail and her ability to work with anyone regardless of personality or temperament make her an invaluable resource for any real estate transaction. She also understands that selling or buying a home can be a stressful experience and is sensitive to the emotional ups and down, keeping a level head and resolving issues with workable, reasonable solutions. Susan keeps a close watch on what is happening in the market and was able to help us price our home so that we had a quick sale to a reliable buyer. She provides excellent guidance for home staging, and has a list of vendors to recommend for everything from deep cleaning to window cleaning, power washing, estate sale and more. Our home needed some updating and also had a number of deferred maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, meaning we had to find a buyer who was willing and able to put in the necessary work to make the house all it could be. Susan was able to market our home in a way that showcased all of its best features and potential and found a buyer who loved the property as much as we did. The entire transaction went off without a hitch! I wholeheartedly recommend Susan for any real estate sale or purchase.

Rachel was endlessly kind, communicative, and reassuring throughout the entire process, always making us feel like we were her only clients. What really stood out is that she never made the process about her. In our experience, many realtors tend to push their own agenda or tastes into the home-buying journey, but Rachel was the complete opposite. She made sure this experience was entirely ours, guided by our comfort, preferences, and pace. She gave thoughtful advice and honest opinions when we asked, but was never pushy or overbearing. That balance of professionalism and respect meant so much to us. She's that rare combination of incredibly capable and genuinely warm, someone who listens deeply, offers expert insight, and keeps even the most stressful moments feeling calm and hopeful. Rachel cared about our family and our happiness as much as she cared about the deal itself. We're beyond grateful that she helped us find our dream home and made the entire journey feel like it was exactly as it should be: ours. She is the absolute best there is.

We frequently went to open houses, and active listings and never once made it feel like we were taking up too much of her time. Not only was she able to help us find our home and negotiated a great price but if we had questions she was able to educate us in a way that we could understand the complex realities of the real estate market in Southern California. This is our second time buying a home and I can say the experience while always stressful was made much easier because we worked with Jennifer Jenson.

She doesn't care about getting the sale, she cares about your needs, comfort, and any future potential issues that may arise. House hunting days were always so much fun and painless - she sets up the day and schedule and makes sure she's organized. The process was rather simple for us first time homebuyers and we attribute that to her going above and beyond, making sure we understood everything. She gives honest feedback as if the home is for her own family. She also knows about other issues than most realtors don't even get involved in - for us it was connections with people in the VA loan world. I have worked with Elizabeth on multiple real estate transactions over the years, and there is no…read moreone I trust more. In fact, I have referred family members to her because I know she will take care of them the same way she has always taken care of me. I happened to find the ideal single-story home before it hit the market and immediately called Elizabeth because I knew I wanted her in my corner. Elizabeth quickly jumped into action, developed a strategy, and helped me evaluate my options so I could move forward with confidence without first having to sell my current home. She put together an exceptionally strong and clean offer and successfully secured acceptance before the home ever went on the market. In a highly competitive market, that was no small accomplishment. One of the things I appreciated most was Elizabeth's ability to coordinate both transactions at the same time. While I was in escrow on my new home, she was preparing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of my current home. Her pricing strategy and negotiation skills were exceptional. We received three offers within the first week, and my home ultimately sold for $50,000 over asking price and more than $100,000 higher than a similar home across the street had sold just three months earlier. What sets Elizabeth apart is how fiercely she protects her clients' interests. I jokingly call her a "pit bull" because she is incredibly tenacious when it comes to protecting her clients' interests. Once she's representing you, she treats your goals as if they were her own. She is strategic, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and an exceptional negotiator. Both transactions went incredibly smoothly, and I always felt confident knowing Elizabeth was looking out for me every step of the way. This was not my first transaction with her, and it certainly won't be my last. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a Realtor who will work tirelessly on their behalf and consistently deliver outstanding results.

We had a pretty tough wish list and went through some challenging searches, but Elizabeth never once made us feel like we were asking for too much. She gave us honest feedback when we needed it, encouraged us when we felt discouraged, and somehow kept the whole process moving forward without ever making us feel pressured. She stuck it out with us and remained just as committed from day one to closing day. What meant the most to us, though, was how she treated our family. She was so sweet and engaging with our two young kids, always making them feel included instead of in the way. Somewhere along the way, she stopped feeling like "our realtor" and started feeling like a friend we'd known forever. And in the end... she found it. The house that checked the boxes we thought would be impossible to check. Our perfect fit. The whole time, we thought we were looking for a "for now" home, but thanks to Elizabeth, we found our forever home. We're so grateful for her hard work, her heart, and her dedication.
